According to astrology, all events in a person's life are interconnected. At least they should be. Knowing the exact time of birth can, with a high degree of certainty, predict what awaits a person at any given time in the future. Based on my limited experience, I wouldn't claim to be able to predict events in such detail as how many kittens your beloved cat will have or what color they will be, but I can confirm that events happen and have a certain character. The most astonishing thing is that they sometimes occur with precision down to the day.
I became interested in astrology in the 90s, and it happened like this. I came across a book by the American astrologer Llewellyn George, "Astrology from A to Z." I read it without any interest. A colleague of mine caught me doing this and mockingly asked me why I was wasting my time on such nonsense. He added, "If everything in this book is true, could I tell him when he got married?" He knew his exact time of birth, but I knew nothing about it. Not expecting any success, I plotted a progression chart according to L. George's method and guessed a date 15 years earlier. I was off by three days. It turns out it was his second marriage. This made a strong impression on both him and me.
The above example shows that knowing the exact time of birth can not only predict future events but also correlate them with past events. But the time must be precise, down to the second.
Establishing a precise birth time (rectification) based on past events in one's life is one of the most fascinating pursuits for a researcher of astrology.
The starting point, the time of birth from which life events begin, may be known only approximately to within a couple of hours, or it may be precisely recorded in a medical certificate. In either case, it is advisable to adjust it so that as many important past events as possible correlate and point to a single point—the precise time of birth.
How to do this? Dozens of books cover this topic in detail. I would highlight a method based on rotating the natal chart, based on the estimated time of birth, back and forth in small time increments relative to the time of a past event, indicated in transit charts, until the natal chart's time matches the aspects and character of the astrological house describing the given situation. Many researchers note three types of transit charts:
It works best when the event being searched for simultaneously corresponds to a transit and a progression or direction (preferred).
The AxWap Astrology app contains a rectification module, which is accessed from the main button (bottom) - Analytics - Rectification. First, an event settings window appears, which searches for the exact time of birth (Figure 1). The search results are shown in Figure 2.
As can be seen from Figure 1, the main settings for searching for an exact birth time are the search range—the wider the range, the more difficult it is to find a suitable result.
The most important parameter is the astrological house, the nature of which corresponds to the event for which we are searching for an exact birth time. A quick, general reference for an event can be found online viewed online.
The application intentionally does not include a standard list of events: finances, career, death of a grandmother, etc. This is because events can be more complex, and including a specific astrological house allows for more flexible settings. Furthermore, I'm sure the readers of this article aren't the kind of people who avidly listen to radio forecasts about Cancers falling in love today and Aquarians needing to brace themselves.
Figure 2 above shows a graph of three colored lines: transit, progression, and direction, each of which contains the number of recorded aspects in a given time period. Enabling/disabling specific objects and their aspects in the AxWap Astrology app is done in the objects, aspects, orbs window.
By default, they are enabled with major aspects. The user can change these. Additionally, for transiting Houses (except ASC, MC), you may need to enable them, along with a list of their aspects.
If you swipe your finger (or stylus) across the graph, tables with aspect descriptions appear below. Their fields are:
By navigating the chart, we see how time, the number of aspects, and their orbs change. Having found a suitable time period, we can go to the appropriate aspect in the table; by clicking on it, we open the corresponding view of the astrological chart.
Since the rectification module scans time in 1-minute increments, by going to the chart, we can use the arrows on it to achieve the exact aspect down to the second.
Tip: The strongest aspects are conjunctions and oppositions. Oppositions should not be viewed as only negative.
So, the author of this article met a woman during an exact opposition of transiting Mars to natal Saturn. It would seem that two "bad guys" were fighting – expect trouble 🙄. Mars was the ruler of the 5th House – love, Saturn – the ruler of the 2nd House – finances. Although finances suffered somewhat, love was there 🙂. And finances? That's what women are for 😉.
