Experience of stuttering

I am almost 30 years old, and I have been stuttering since childhood. I don’t remember the exact age, but there was a period of pure speech. I remember that I couldn’t pronounce the letters L and R, I was taken to a speech therapist, but there were no other problems with speech. My mother always said that a dog scared me when I was a child. Maybe so, I don’t remember it. It feels like the affliction just appeared. There is no need to explain how much inconvenience it causes me... I have come to terms with the problem, and perhaps that is why I was able to achieve something in life.

My field of activity is connected with science, and this is constant public speaking. In public and with clear speech people stutter, what can I say. Fortunately, I managed to tune in and minimize stuttering during speeches. Sometimes it slipped through, but I made allowance for anxiety. I want to note that there are moments when I speak normally. I still don’t understand what it depends on. Stress, fatigue, discomfort.

There were many ideas and even experiments, but I didn't find any pattern. Some people dream of a new car, iPhone or a big house, but I just want normal speech. My parents took me to some doctor. I was a child and didn't really understand, but when I got older I realized that it was a "doctor".

A woman in a white coat poked a stick into my palm and said that I had gastritis. She guessed right, of course, but gastritis is too common not to guess. She took blood for analysis, and then watched the recording on a cassette (don't ask) and said that there were black spots from sodas. The last step was that she looked at the candle and concluded that the boy was afraid to go to the school toilet and the stuttering would go away. Honestly, I want to meet this woman after such a long time (20 years have passed) and give her a personal h-h-hello.

As a result, I decided to take a closer look at my problem and found your program. The reviews are impressive, but I haven't tried it myself yet. If I'm entitled to a free key, I'll be incredibly happy. Thank you. More precisely, I t-t-thank you.
